Process Service 1: Facilitating

The RANA Expert

RANA leads the process of work sessions usually at the executive and senior levels in response to the need for an external and specialized Process Leader to ensure a predictable outcome. Leading client sessions also provides a model for the client organization’s Process Leaders.

The Client Process Leader

When it is the organization’s fully trained Process Leaders that facilitate work sessions , it is to improve – dramatically – those times when such meetings are necessary to get things done quickly and effectively.

Process Service 2: Learning

The RANA Expert

RANA provides the flagship Fundamentals of Process Leadership workshop supported by:
  • a full menu of Derived and Aggregate processes graduated as to difficulty and offered on line or as Facilitation Update or Process Update Days as selected by the client;
  • the provision of The Gold Standard provided either in person to groups of client participants or one-on-one either in Learning or Coaching format and in person or online.

The Client Process Leader

The Client Process Leader also provides training as a result of the transfer of knowledge by RANA to the client organization by licensing agreement. This takes place through a Training for Process Trainers learning workshop.

Process Service 3: Coaching

The RANA Expert

RANA provides one-on-one or group coaching of client Process Leaders:
  • in any of the RANA processes beyond the Fundamentals of Process Leadership workshop
  • through the use of a personal application that mentors, encourages and rewards Process Leaders and connects them to a live RANA coach.

The Client Process Leader

The Client Process Leader replicates coaching individuals and groups in their organization, for example, in the effective behaviours of work teams.

Process Service 4: Advising

The RANA Expert

RANA provides the Process Integration Model and the Architecture and Systems belonging to it as the basis for the effective operation of Process Leaders as change agents in the client organization.

The Client Process Leader

The Client Process Leader provides on-site advice in how best to integrate organization’s management processes and related work flows.

Process Service 5: Designing

The RANA Expert

RANA helps the client organization and its Process Leaders develop, improve or simplify their management processes and link them to Workflow Management.

The Client Process Leader

The Client Process Leader leads work sessions in the development, improvement or simplification of their management processes and workflows.
