Every service we offer is customized to your specific needs, so pricing is provided after we complete a free Qualification Process. Consider it a no-cost pre-diagnosis to determine if we’re the right fit for each other.

It’s a conversation to determine if we’re a good match for the issue or project at hand. This includes:

a) an initial conversation;
b) identifying your service needs;
c) exploring the W-5 (What, Where, Who, When, Why);
d) checking for alignment in values and fit; and
e) preparing a tailored service offering;

Your confidentiality is a top priority. We begin with a Non-Disclosure Agreement and store all information securely. Physical records (if any) are securely locked, and our digital data is protected using Microsoft standards, supplemented with additional safeguards as needed.

Not at all. We use technology just like any modern organization. What matters to us is ensuring that technology serves people, rathe than replacing them. We focus on the human side of technology, particularly where IT and AI influence collaboration and decision-making.

Is RANA a bilingual company?

Yes. We work in both French and English across Canada and internationally. When needed, we also work in other languages, like Spanish, through our global affiliate in South America.
