Why is there so much jargon in Management Sciences?
Jargon is a common feature of all professions, an inside language used as a short form among practitioners and should never be used to exclude or confuse someone who is less connected with the field.

Organization Development is the body of knowledge and practices that has emerged around change and how to bring it about in an organization.
What do I need to do to become an Accredited Process Facilitator?
Accreditation in Process Facilitation is offered by a number of organizations, including RANA. The practitioner has only to decide what direction to go in as a facilitator.
How do I become a Certified Facilitator?

What does Process Integration mean?
Process Integration refers to identifying, then organizing all of the ways in which an organization does things, such as plan, manage people, spend money, etc.
Why is RANA coaching called the Gold Standard©?
The Gold Standard© refers to the high quality of behaviour that needs to be modeled by managers to ensure the organization's effectiveness.
Does RANA do content work, as well as process work?
No. However, our content is process, i.e. how to do things, e.g. developing a Business Plan.
Where is RANA located?
RANA is physically located in Ottawa, Canada and Santiago, Chile. Specifically, our Head Office is in North Grenville, just outside of Ottawa, the Nation's Capital.
Where did RANA processes come from?
From life, since all good processes are a mirror of life. For example, when Kepner and Tregoe studied the idea of problem, they were able to describe its anatomy down to its component steps. The same is true of George Prince when he developed Synectics, a creative problem solving process.
Are there more processes being developed?
Yes, however it appears that processes being developed today are derivatives of those that are Universal, i.e. Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, Planning. In process, it appears to be literally true that "there is nothing new under the sun".
How can I become a Process Consultant?
The field of Process Consultation requires a good deal of study and practice. RANA is pleased to provide career counselling to anyone wishing to enter the field.
